Not eating late really seems to help me, too.

Sometimes I force myself to shop for groceries on a day by day basis so there’s never anything extra in the fridge. I have to go out and get it, decide what to eat, and that helps me. I will drink wine at home and end up over eating b/c I live alone. So I kind of have to trick myself so that’s not an option.
