It’s not “blaming poor people.” It’s simply asserting that many families were over-leveraged, particularly in the west and southwest where there was massive new construction leading up to the crash.

It’s unbelievable how clueless you are. I think you, personally, added 1% to the Middle America Resentment Meter just with this comment.
Do you think dragging someone to the ground twice or calling someone a “black piece of shit” is worse? And please keep in mind that the insult came after the first physical attack.
We do? Because if white people took all your specious claims of racism at face value, the Civil War Part 2 would’ve already happened. You’re clueless.
ouch clunker
Oh so neither player is from the seven listed countries? And thus this statement and the resulting coverage is disingenuous?
why don’t any of you progressive pusses counter the arguments instead of dismissing and snarking
RTW is not a free rider issue because the right-to-workers have no choice but to work under a union contract that they did not negotiate. It’s like a car salesman shoving someone inside a car and then being mad when the customer won’t pay for it.
no arguments
aahahahahahaha
nah your lives won’t change
weird his entire campaign has been anti-intervention
I’ve asked you this twice and you refuse to answer so I’ll try one more time:
Are there politicians of both parties to blame for the pre-existing problems in Flint? Absolutely!!! But the lead in the water is 100% the Snyder administration’s fault.
look dude, Snyder only “directly caused” the last tiny bit: he wrote the last page in this terrible book.
snyder didn’t do great after he was forced to appoint an emergency bureaucrat to wipe flint’s ass. but do you imagine governors go around taking over cities because they want to, or because they are evil and want to poison the drinking water? i don’t think so.
haha no but there has been one republican mayor of flint since 1960. the real damage started when the strong mayor amendment was passed
if you really think fifty years of municipal mismanagement, principally by elected democrats (and particularly the “strong mayors” (all democrats) in that town starting in about 2000 when the mayor was given expanded power) is because of the governor of the last couple years, then you might be a partisan hack.
