Me as well. At 16 my Parents bought the truck, threw me the keys and told me to learn. I taught myself how to drive a stick. only problem was that it was a std cab ranger and i’m 6ft 3. to say cramped is understatement.

I’m on a Motorcycle 90% of the time Rain or Shine (Dallas, so its M/C weather damn near year round) When i get all road-ragey, which if I’m honest is about 40% of the time, its b/c some driver has her head in the phone, or just isnt paying attention to the traffic around.

as an Ex-Hercules Loadmaster, I know what youre talking about. Combat Entry Landings are fun, but you often leave your stomache at altitude. I never got sick while flying, but the combination of tiresmoke and burned JP8 always got to me. I always puked during touch and goes.

well yea thats true, but what i mean is that a Tesla is easier for the Govt to rent and explain than a M, AMG or Porsche 9xx.
The U-2 isnt based at Fairford, there was a massive airshow there recently, thats probably why the DragonLady was there. as for the Tesla being used, its probably the only thing that was available that is quick enough. Theres no overhead lighting, no hardmount radio, thats just a Temp use
anybody else notice how the dude in the F-150 not only never gets out of the truck to help, but rolls his window up? I mean Come on a Horriffic accident happens less than 20 ft away and you dont get out to at least see if anybody needs help?
