It’s got a good story but play it in safe mode.  The monster interactions are more frustrating than scary.

I finished Margaret’s quest in Rhodes but haven’t seen him since.  I’ll keep an eye out though as I felt his story wasn’t done.  I’m hoping it gets better than the usual Rockstar stock “let’s put a wacky guy next to our straight man and see how it goes” style.

It’s like maybe half as good but still worth it I’d say.

It’s not as good but it’s not *that* bad.  It’s still got some amazing level design (both from a gameplay perspective and aesthetically) and you still get Jansen’s gruff “I never asked for this” line delivery.

Mirror’s Edge Catalyst has dipped down to 5 bucks I think on the playstation store but I just can’t find it in myself to get excited.  The first one was so great but that’s because it’s levels were tuned within an inch of their lives.  You had one path to follow and you could follow it so well. I just don’t see how

Human Revolution is a really good game.  I know it’s a continuation of the Deus Ex series but for me it always felt like where I’d wished the Metal Gear Solid series had gone if it’d kept following the gameplay and narrative threads it was tugging on MGS2.  The stealth is so good in that game.  The sequel has a really

Shin you’re an FMV connisseur which is truly impressive in this day and age. But seriously I watched a LP of Quiet Man too (a sped up one thankfully) and my whole take away was “How did this game get made?”

Did you run into the stranger quest at the Aberdeen Pig Farm outside of Rhodes yet? It’s a goodun.

I’m just glad that we’re far enough away from the halycon days of the late 00's and early 2010's when everybody thought Startup Culture would save us and those “code all day, hustle all night” types can now be laughed at by society.

Souls on the Train (or a plane as I’m on those a lot more) sounds great to be honest.

I still don’t really get why they made this, but whatever the artstyle is dope.

Even the pokemon movie is going all in on bisexual lighting. Looks legit.

thing is going to make bookoo bucks in overseas markets so I think there will be at least three.

You’re Okay Boy.

Replace social life with sleeping habits and I’m right there with you.

Laurence is optional I think you so you can go fight the Orphan of Kos instead to hone your skills. Though Orphan is honestly harder probably so I don’t know why I’m saying that.

Those undercooked later levels are a real heart breaker because there’s so much there where you can tell if they had been given the time they really could’ve made it special. I mean they were basically trying to make a subterranean lava lake Ankor Wat!!!

I don’t know if it’s cuz I played in the halcyon days of the Playstation 2 when a shitty camera was par for the course for most games but Shadow shook me when it first came out. I did come back to it years later (but a few years ago before the HD remake was even announced) at a friends house and he handed me the
