I have a very similar background to hers, if not more so. I won’t bore you with the details but I can promise no one ever gave two shits about any of it. That being said, I don’t typically discuss it because literally. no.one.cares. I’m not active as a mormon any more and this makes me not miss it even more.

Do away with debates altogether, I say.  Submit questions in written format to both parties, set a deadline, and then publish responses to the public at that time.  Let people see substantive answers to questions without all this B.S. entertainment-ization of debates.
