Chill dude, I was trying to agree with you. I know this is common practice and sometimes a must in high traffic situations if you want to get anywhere. I just wanted to point out that the cop did have grounds to cite him.

The cop was in the lane and therefore had the right of way. The Sequoia should have waited until someone yielded to him before making the lane change. That being said, I agree that the cop was a jerk for not allowing the merge.
