Same strategy plastics (oil) companies took with recycling. Plastic Wars on PBS explains it well. Just copying a successfully tested playbook.

This is dumb. I assume next they’ll claim antiquing is “garage sale gentrification.”
I would purchase this thing right now if it were available. Loved this concept. Still looks bad ass.
I’ve got the Optoma HD39HDR. My projector setup is my main setup. I’ve got no regular TV. We use this projector for everything. What I really liked about it are the brightness and response time. I play video games on it, so a quick response time was a must and pretty much why I pulled the trigger on this one. I don’t…

They don’t. It’s an excuse to harass minorities.
Zero tolerance would mean that someone gets fired. Since that never happens, let’s just say police are all a bunch of racists. Because that’s the truth they uphold.

Drinking and driving is always obviously never something that should happen, but why the hell is anyone out drinking at a fundraiser during pandemic??? What is wrong with people?
Also - “He was released on the condition that he doesn’t drink or drive.” Nonsense. Assuming he keeps his job too.
Worth pointing out that it looks like they might have lifted this joke from either Ted Alexandro or T.J. Ferguson. They both had bits about Zillow porn that were making the rounds on social media the last year or so. Ted’s bit was from work he did in 2014 and T.J. from 2019.
Came to say this. Fuck. The. Cairns. They start off fine, but eventually are just an annoyingly repetitive process that is so completely unnecessary. I have a limited amount of gaming time these days, and I spent far too large a percentage on one of these the other days. Almost devolved into my pre-teen years and…
People’s idea of what a door slam is varies though. My wife is always on me about slamming our car doors. To me, I’m just shutting them. No extra push is given. Trust me, the vehicle can take it.
I think this is pretty awesome, but unpractically expensive. But I could think of all sorts of neat uses for this.

I really want to like this but, above all else, I refuse to buy one of these things that requires a subscription.
Just pointing out that this article is specifically talking about the desktop browser. That version is def worth it if you aren’t using it already. Especially if you use Chrome, since it’s essentially Chrome with better privacy protections. None of that ad stuff either, unless you want to sign up for it.
Prove it. Show me your dash cam with all these death wish cyclists. It doesn’t happen.
What if I told you it isn’t the bike part that is dangerous? Get out of here with these comments.
These comments are nuts. I own the 2015 LTZ model, so the automatic turbo edition. This price is pretty good for this car. A ton of room in these. Great city driving. My coworker, a large truck driving type, commented on a lunch drive one day that is was basically “a suped-up go cart.” These things move. NP.
Oak Park is a first ring suburb immediately west of Chicago. Not in Chicago and not a neighborhood.
Just wanted to comment on the “Only drawback is that it’s not reversible” comment from the reader regarding the top choice. I have this scratch post. We reversed it. It’s not “easily” reversible, but it is doable. Just need some basic tools. Best scratch post for the money, hands down. Nothing comes close.
