Sounds like an "All About Eve" situation. (The movie is excellent, and on netflix streaming btw, if you've nvr seen it.)

Its happening in the US too (not that we have anything close to Canada's track record of acceptance of gay marriage).

That's kind of the crux of it right there - Nobody is telling anyone they HAVE to have an abortion. You don't want one, don't get one. Sit and pray in judgement of others weekly if you like, but forcing people to have children they don't want is morally reprehensible.

The absolutely, positively do not care about quality of life for the baby the fetus will become post forced birth.

Honestly my first thought was that some of these young women would be doing a nasty little double take in later life, when the realised they'd either stood in support of boycotting services they needed, or had a rude awakening as to how permanent, expensive and time consuming young parenthood could be.

Lol, I sorta feel that way whenever I see Big Ang.

Do you have like 12 crochets going at any given time too? I have some crochet addict friends who tend to have waaay too many projects semi completed.

Well, sweat does contain urea. Blerg.

My near-toddler would like them to be "riding pelts". I have to keep rescuing the cat from him, idk why she keeps coming back. :/

I wonder how many men Emile Hirsch has assaulted for their largess, or does he only get up to this shit with people he sees as physically smaller and non threatening to him. Pretty sure Shaq is rich as hell, but he could probably break Hirsch in half like a boy...

That's why I keep mine on my dogs and cats! ;)

That scene was hilarious. We should probs play it for the 50 Shades author who describes vaginas or vulvas (idk what was happening) as "down there".

When I'd read comics or graphic novels on the train, people would either ignore it, or try to start conversations. :/ Seems like the people in your anecdote suck, and you need either more supportive or less nosy surroundings. Eff them muggles. :)

Also the exercise, the lack of hormones, antibiotics, preservatives and fillers in the food (or a hell of a lot less), and barring Fukushima, I would guess less environmental toxins. I've never heard about Japan getting frack runoff in their watertable. Also, until more recently I don't think they were doing American

I think I just saw the Holy Land! Must go find!!!

I think the data would be skewed. During the "Great Leap Forward" there was a lot of famine and (several decades) years afterwards you still had a lot of difficulty and cost getting meat and dairy reliably.

Yeah, a lot of Chinese kids too, the government was pushing daily milk as being really healthy. Older chinese folks vary on the milk (based on the ppl I know, not a study) and most of them will tell you cheese smells "too rotten" to eat.

Lactaid doesn't always work for those unfortunate people. If they keep pushing it and eating pizza and milk, and ice cream the lactose build up makes the pills less effective.

Booze cookies sounds gross to me, as does the chocovino or whatever the chocolate wine abomination is called. I don't even like my wine very sweet, riestlings make me gag.

I don't like the shoes either. :(
