For the tetanus, exercise the arm that got the shot right after the shot. The stiffness and ache should go away much faster. Idk with the lumpiness, never happened to me with that shot, maybe report it to your doc? Surprise, you're allergic to eggs? :/

Exercise the crap out of the arm that got the tetanus shot, right after the shot. After the injection lady told me that, I tried it, no stiffness after about 2 hrs. Waaay better than last time. :)

I got one last pregnancy, I'll be getting one again, baby's getting his (got like wave one, aging into wave two). I'm dismayed that this vaccine is less effective, but it's not a sugar water shot, and I sadly know lots of parents who don't vaccinate.
