Big pharma doesn’t make much coin off of vaccines. They are a one-and-done treatment (maybe a booster 5-7 years later). The big money is in chronic diseases where patients will need to take the drug regularly for the rest of their lives.

The thing is that for it to gain any sort of widespread acceptance it can’t be severely handicapped by the lack of a super robust internet connection. For a long time I wanted nothing to do with wireless controllers for fear of lag. It really needs to be that seamless all the time to really gain any traction.

I imagine the technical difficulties in getting this to work as a viable gaming platform are pretty enormous. At least Google has the cash to burn to try and work out the kinks. Still don’t see this as the console killer a lot of people out there seem to think it is.

The next season will be a shortened (10 espisode) final season.

Not sure it’s fair to call Fargo and Legion FX staples. Legion ends this year and there is no confirmation that Fargo will ever be back (as far as I know, anyway).

OK so now we know why Michone is so strongly against outsiders, it makes sense, but why is she on the outs with the other communities? They fought side-by-side vs Negan and the saviors they don’t represent the same threat that new people do?
