@FriarNurgle: I've actually clicked on a few now and again on some comic sites I read. They are usually either for another comic or for an MMO (that's all I play anymore).

@Kaiser-Machead: Just to add to the conversation. I gave my original iPhone (Got it opening day) to my mother as a hand me down and she still uses it to this day. Not everyone needs the newest and best phone. She could get the new phone.. sure, but would she use much more than her current one does? Probably not.

@Meowhead & @Clixx13: I think you guys are thinking about the quest line stuff... this sounds to me more like required options when making a character. I know my example talked about quests but that's because there is nothing like this character creation questions in most mmo's (if any atm).

What I think would really make both sides happy is a setting before you start that says something to the effect of...

@Kino: Even better, most games can get away without the need for either as long as what happens is shown to the user in an intuitive way. When you change color the first time in mario you may pause for a second and continue. But when you push the fireball button, you know something is up.

@RockyRan: Give it time. I mean steam hasn't even come out for the mac yet. Mac users can't complain about lack of available games on MacSteam when it's not even out yet.

@charles_swann: Ahh my favorite... Argumentum Ad Hitlerum. The best, most well thought out positions always come from people calling someone else Hitler.

Sounds like we have another Billy on our hands...

Arghh, really?....

Thank you! Just pre-registered. Can't wait, all this PAX East news was killin' me...

@Witzbold: When do we get our fancy new computers?

@Kanji08: I don't know if you've played FFXI and WoW before, but FFXI plays better without using a mouse, and WoW is almost unplayable without the mouse. That a big difference in design.

@ZantetsukenX: See I agree with you. I found it fun to play and at first, was begging my friends to play with me some nights. Then after we got most of our skill points, it really kinda petered off. The story wasn't nearly as driving, there was little to achieve or strive for.

@Kobun: Comparing physical theft to copyright infringement always makes me laugh. It's not the same thing and you know it. Copying != Stealing. I'm not saying there's nothing wrong with copying software, and I'm not going to get into some kind of debate on morals or whatever. But making a copy of something can not

@Michael McWhertor: As he puts his deck of cards back in his pocket you hear a dove coo strangely...

@2NinjasTapedTogether: I didn't actually get into Stargate at all until last year. My friend started me out in the right order, first movie.. then SG1. I thank him all the time for making me watch them now as I'm finishing up the last few seasons of SG1 and Starting Atlantis.

@NeöStarr: You must be new to this whole internet thing... I'll explain this really fast:

I've been left out of many of the game I've tested because they said that I was included under the one line that says "Software Test Team". While I understand that including everyone that worked on a project, no matter how brief or long it may have been, would make the credits very long... does anyone really care
