It's gotta be a Rickroll.

And the "5MPH" sign on the booth. These guys take everything very slow.

I loved how they made it look like outlaws walking into an Old West saloon.

I mean maybe he was really in his late 60s when he died but the IDs he used with his new identity gave him a date of birth 15 years earlier.

Spot on. It reminds me of the end of Citizen Kane.

It sure did, especially with the driver-POV shot of the car turning into the parking lot.

He does travel a lot and started on the same plane as Gloria. I'm hopeful he'll return.

We don't know how thoroughly he changed his identity. Maybe "Ennis Stussy" isn't the same age as Thaddeus Mobley. "Don Draper" isn't the same age as Dick Whitman either.

I was a little surprised they didn't start to wonder if they recruited the wrong kid. I mean, Henry is going on about all the access he'll have to the future leaders of America and their rich and powerful parents and they're just disappointed that he's turning into Alex P Keaton? Getting second generation spies to

What a wonderful script. So much wit and playfulness and yet plenty of thematic consistency and character development too. And Dollard really has a knack for pacing.

Another possible Fargo reference: The slow pan to the snow blower with the loud whirring and the snow blowing in from offscreen made me think of the woodchipper scene.

The theme of mistaken/dual identities is already playing out with Emmitt/Ennis and Ennis/Thaddeus. Throw in the house slipper motif and I wonder if Emmitt will end up being confused for Ray at some tragic moment (maybe with the line "you're the guy with the stamp, aren't ya?" to tie that in as well).

My wife called him Emmit's Mr Smithers.

Isn't that the Fargo-verse in a nutshell? It's the innocent bystanders and collateral damage that get law enforcement's attention.

I liked the "inner circle" bit but wish they got Todd from Community to play Carl.

Tuan is such a great character. He may be ice-cold but I think he's also desperate to be accepted by the cool kids (especially since his crying out for attention at home isn't working). Every time he talks about America and American life- in and out of "character"- his attitude walks this line of sarcasm and

I love Bill's commenting on all the idiosyncrasies built into the show over the years. My favorite this week was her puzzlement over the control station needlessly placed in the middle of an open space.

Don't forget Maurice's "Russia is for Lovers" shirt!

Another Lebowski reference: Maurice's car veering off the road after his lit joint bounces off the closed car window into his lap.

I'm surprised no one's noted the Jacob/Esau parallel with Ray trading his birthright to his brother for a more transitory reward.
