again, Leifdrasir is two full games. One if a full HD remaster, the other a complete remake.

You’re both right AND wrong. Leifdrasir included both an HD remaster of the original game with no game-play changes other than lack of continuous slowdowns, and also contains a complete remake, with a new combat engine, new skills, new bosses, etc.
the precursor to episodic gaming was the .hack// series.
.....we’re really going back to the barrel gag? I mean, technically the joke MIGHT have originated from the atelier series, but that’s only if someone can confirm the original Atelier Marie (1997-05-23) had it, and since it was never translated in the first place, I couldn’t tell you, and we only first saw it in the…
This would be a more impactful comment if you hadn’t misused “you’re” when you meant “your”
this was a thread about underappreciated titles, Lost Oddessey is anything but.
except, you know, it’s nintendo.
They only frown on things legally classified as weapons. In the US at least, for knives that means a blade longer than the avearge palm is wide for it to actually count as a concealed weapon. Box cutters, you’d find hundreds of at conventions, though mostly in the dealer booths themselves.
And in the second Metroid game, Samus’ only objective is the genocide of the entire Metroid Species, for no other purpose than “they were used against her by space pirates”. Even though they can’t leave their own world under their own power anyways!
....Considering that the Cryptozoic WoW tcg was canned BECAUSE Blizzard didn’t want to “compete with themselves”.....
yep, all that will ever exist is that one king mickey costume token from that event givaway.
1-2.0 stuff was already force-clearanced at least 2 months ago in most of the retailers I saw that carried them. this announcement makes it clear why it happened.
Ah, not quite the same thing. there’s actually a permanent memo (just the one!) that floats around Hollywood stating that every single movie ever released is a total flop, so that they don’t have to pay any of the people involved their contract owed royalties. And the accountants keep getting away with this shit, too.
As someone who once worked in EA’s canned Pandemic Studio, I was caught in the “6 month out” firing wave before they were shut down for good, and the sympathy I feel for those at Avalanche can’t really be put into words. Getting closed down for successes never makes sense, when their excuse to do so is “not enough…
yet it MIGHT revolutionize rescue operations in places where helicopters can’t get close enough, like in the majority of tower fires, or steep/sheared cliffsides.
yes, but he also properly framed that statement by saying he’s boned if any of the four FAIL mid-flight. the divice currently oonly needs three to operate, but it cannot react (in time, yet) to any of them failing mid-flight. that would be the next major hurdle he needs to overcome, as he’s already stated.
Until the system gets changed, it’s likely a permanent addition to his streams, in order to permanently keep it ad-free.
what this really means is someone found a showstopping bug after the disks were printed, and they’re burning their asses to fix “that one bug” before anyone finds out about it.
Odds are he made the next set of duel monsters himself, and then couldn’t get out of doing more of them.
The crappy side is almost exclusively the side a game is getting ported to. It’s just the side getting ported to usually PC, not console. The rule remains consistent.
