Most fast food restaurants ban tipping. Casual fast food (e.g. Chipotle, Panera, etc) is different than McDonald’s, Wendy’s, BK.

I use my initials (as you can see) for my sewing blog. People will call me by my government name and sometimes full-on first/last. I do not use people’s government names online if they don’t. Like, you don’t need to “prove” how well you know me!!

Short answer is no. People think racism=being mean to POC. It’s the systematic, institutional oppression that matters. We cannot get ahead because they control the structures.
