TBH, the fact that I can get a fun AWD car in purple has put the Challenger on my short list to replace my WRX in the next year or two.

Twelve different Challengers you say? That’s cute...

Genesis is super on point. The GV80 looks like a straight up contender for the more high end SUV’s on the market.

New York ePrix. It was hot. Our tickets gave us zero view of the track. But holy shit it was a neighborhood block packed with electric racing fans, including my four-year-old kid who makes Formula E whirrs as enthusiastically as the neowws of F1 cars.

Bought my first ever brand new car.

First time at Summit Point - what a fun track. We ran Shenandoah, the one with the Karoussel, a great time.

IMSA in Long Beach, and my Camaro.

Meeting a bunch of other readers for a 2 day drive.

Targa Baja California 2019, with my co-driver and friend of many years, over the Haloween and Dia De Los Muertos weekend.  It was kinda epic.

Drove my new Fiata from my place on the Gulf coast of FL to Key West. Met up with a friend of mine who was down there on vacation from Maine. Took old Rt 41 across Alligator Alley with the top down all the way. Almost had a gigantic fish dropped into the car by an eagle who had nailed a bit more lunch than he expected

Got to see a childhood hero in person.

Throwback all the way to 2011. Engineering for a World Challenge car. I learned an incredible amount not only about vehicle dynamics, but how to run a race program. I’ve brought this with me into my professional career and been able to have moderate success on the track as a hobby.

Taking a trip out of the U.S. and seeing tons of forbidden fruit.

Goodwood was good!

Finished the custom work on my Triumph Rocket III

The Suzuki Jimney on US Soil at SEMA 2019. THREE OF THEM!!

Radwood at San Francisco - with the 1987 Impulse Turbo RS - Goodtimes!

For me, it was all about finally exploring the great roads around LA, especially the canyon roads around Malibu. Everyone talks about Angeles Crest, Mulholland Highway and Topanga Canyon, but there are many great roads out here, and many great views to take in.
