Your article quotes 37K and I come in with a list of good choices under 20K and its still ‘expensive’...I’m personally looking at a brand new Chevy Spark, all in (taxes etc) at less than 10K USD...if people bought what was necessary and not what they want the avg price out there wouldnt be 37k.

I’ve been looking into what it would take to at least have an extended stay (2 years or more) and it doesn’t seem that it’ll likely happen for me. Nevertheless, I’ve picked out my apartment and use google streetview to explore the area I want to be in...it’ll be familiar if I ever get there :)
