Nope, again false. Those are all civil infractions. Doing any of those things without legal immigration papers is not a crime. SCOTUS decided long ago that immigration matters are civil in nature, not criminal.

Well, since immigration is strictly federal law, you can practice it if you’re a member of any states’s bar, it’s not jurisdiction-specific. I.e. I am barred in DC, but practice immigration law in California currently.
