Agreed, the worst is the people who “retrofit” the sports grills onto the W210 and W220 sedans. Many also do away with the hood ornament, which is a shame.

Also look at the wavy-ness of the underside of the headlight. They match up really well.

I think this is it. The headlights match really well, and the bulge-ness shows why we’re able to see the opposite headlight so well, along with the signal you mention. Not sure what the tail looks like though.
