It appears that the van wants to go and stay in the right lane but is confused by the cones. We humans can tell by the cones to stay in the left lane, but seems the “Waymo Driver” is confused by its priorities.

Exactly. I seem to have read somewhere that this was actually the first novel Clancy worked on, but he shelved the manuscript and went on to write Hunt for Red October. It was years later that he decided to rewrite and complete the draft, recasting Kelly/Clark as the hero.

I’ve owned Fire 7 since 4th gen and Fire 8 since 8th gen. I no longer recommend Fire 7, due to bad battery life. Fire 8 has DOUBLE the battery life, and that’s with field test. I can listen to audio book all day with Fire 8. I’m lucky to get 6 hours out of a Fire 7. I doubt the battery life would have narrowed the…
