Not only it requires a Facebook login, it also will ONLY load Facebook photos as profile photos. It refuses to load photos from any other source. That makes it useless for people who don’t do everything on FB.

Well, sort of. You *can* recycle high concept, even reimagine the whole thing. The modern Doom bears virtually no resemblance to the original Doom. But that’s a PC/console game. 

I’ll agree with you half-way there. A lot of casual games rely on the “high concept”, and that means first-to-market wins. As soon as the gameplay or high concept was revealed, it can be cloned.
