I loaned a friend of mine my copy of this and my copy of Snow Crash. She gave this back a week later and still has Snow Crash. This was several years ago. She's smarter than I am.

Right there with you. I was actually just talking about Lost last night with some of my drinking buddies. I was one of those guys who had a notebook that I would record stuff in when I watched Lost so I could figure out where all of the clues were leading. In hindsight, that wasn't very useful but it was fun.

It's been a long time since I've been so engrossed in a show that I've completely ignored my bedtime because I only had a couple of episodes left. Oddly enough, given the content of this article, I think the last time that happened was Person Of Interest.

I'm a little disappointed that they didn't find a way to write in a fight scene for him in Iron Fist, but after Banshee I'd probably want a break from the fisticuffs too: especially since he had to do a lot of the heavy lifting fight-wise in the last season. Antony Starr just physically couldn't take any more

I've been on team Pelphrey since Banshee. That dude steals every scene he's in.

Is it too much to ask that Finn Jones actually got some martial arts training in the 4 months it took for them to announce season 2?

I actually really liked the whole concept of Savitar being a time remnant that Future Barry thought was dead. The whole idea behind time remnants is pretty much the least noble thing Barry's ever done (and that's a long list!). I mean, he basically creates a clone of himself and then sacrifices it so he can go on

Maybe it's because I binged it once it hit Netflix, but I thought season 3 was better than season 2. I mean, at least they put forth the effort to call Barry out on some of his BS.

I came here to make sure someone had made this comment and I'm leaving satisfied.

If he gets the Metal Blade first the movie will only be twenty minutes long.

Breaking News: MCU Goes Full Goggins!!!!

I always thought that the "John Wayne" Jesse saw in the comics was how his father chose to appear to him. He starts appearing to Jesse shortly after his father's murder and even asks Jesse to repeat the advice his father gave him the last time he shows up. Its kind of left open to interpretation, but reading it that

I was just saying to a friend of mine earlier this week that combining Bloodlines and Portrait of Ruin into one season would make for a decent story arc.

Are you seriously ripping on the show about magicians and monster slayers fighting Count Dracula for a lack of historical accuracy? Maybe you should take a trip to Wallachia, because I'm sure they've got everything well documented there.

Now that I've watched it, it'd be pretty easy to write him into the show as someone they find in the castle once they get to exploring it. Your welcome again, Mr. Ellis.

I always just assumed that Spike was influenced by Cassidy a bit. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but a pretty high profile comic featured a Irish punk rock vampire and then a few years later a certain comic book fan introduced a British punk rock vampire on his show.

I'll be home from work in another 45 minutes. I told my girlfriend I'd wait to watch this with her, but there's no harm in sneaking the first episode in tonight, right?
That news about Grant is disappointing. I get that of the four characters he's the least important to the canon (if anyone cares about that anymore),

Les Enfants Du Wanky Fuckin' Sang?

This comment seems familiar, and yet… what do it here?

The pot itself removes from the cooker I have. I've never had anything burned onto it (I usually go slow and low, as The Beastie Boys taught us, so it's possible it never gets hot enough for anything to burn onto it) But it's made from a non-stick material. If anything burned on a good 10 or 15 minutes of soaking
