You are quite mistaken. A Cartier town car differs from a 9cv in trim and gear ratio only. All those “goodies” you think are cop car exclusive are under a town car. Including dual exhaust and 4 wheel disc brakes.
I like panthers but I fail to see a reason for the ex cop car love. You can buy a town car that has all the same goodies, more options, that likely hasn’t been vomited in more than a tilt a whirl carnival ride and typically spend less doing it in a car that looks 1000% better
