Due to health issues, I can’t really take to the streets. But I just took to the phones! Called my Senators, Reps, and Governors. Implored them to speak out or vote against these measures. That it was Unconstitutional, bigoted savagery.

He’s doing so many shitty, evil things at once that I can’t figure out which one is supposed to be the distraction.

This is one of the things, in my opinion, that made Mass Effect special. Your choices made a difference in many things inside its world, but the trilogy also had a beginning, and an end.

Why is it that so many videogames follow the same “Michael Bay-type” approach with the eternal “hero saves the day” story and ending?

Sounds to me like you want to have it both ways. You want to be able to bitch about people who are racially insensitive (many times unintentionally) yet somehow find it offensive when those same people ask a genuine question of how to improve.

I know there’s a lot of frustration around minorities being expected to shoulder the burden of explaining things to white people, or having to be nice to white people in order to “heal,” when white people aren’t asked to make any concessions.
