I feel like the Surface Pro 2 is the best option all-around. Pro 3 is newer and nicer, but forgoes the Wacom tech for N-Trig, whose drivers don’t have support in a lot of programs like Paint Tool SAI. It’s just a whole can of worms I think a lot of artists wouldn’t be tech-savvy enough to figure their way around. But…
