I was meaning years ago as in somewhere between 2009 and now which is about as long as I have had Windows 7 but yes, why didn't Microsoft do this years ago?

This is one of the moments that I facepalm and say "Why the hell didn't I do this years ago?"
Actually, it would only sort of copy the border of the current picture so all you would do is have an infinitely expanded picture where the original picture is smack dab in the middle.
Now we need to zoom and enhance.
