I guess the problem on both sides is: When do we find game review scores acceptable?

Bought the PS4 that should have came with either 1 out of 4 free games. I try to redeem code on the PSN website and it just gives me a code: UNDEFINED. Now it says the code is invalid whenever I put it in. So Sony pretty much effed me over didn't they?
