@Andy Mesa: it may very well be an upgrade... hardware upgrade for sure. Cut and paste, multitasking and apps are all coming eventually. When Android first came out, there were no apps. I'll be sticking with my Droid Incredible, but I welcome the new WP7 devices, and I'm certainly curious about them.

Had to use the transfer manager also... Tried FF3 and IE8 multiple times. Transfer Mgr worked great though.
