They lean hard on Ciri’s supposed destiny in this. This may backfire if they follow with books ending since the point is nothing comes of it and the whole story is about her escaping all those trying to force it on her with some help of her new parents.

I wish this had come out earlier...I enjoy participating in the #discourse, but this is right when all the Christmas travel and shit kicks off, and I’m not online as much. How rude of Netflix not to consider my personal schedule!

There’s free content coming and paid DLC coming.  It’s better than buying the game over again for a ‘Final Mix’ like we did for KH1 & KH2.

To anyone curious about the Kingdom Hearts III DLC being worth it or not, maybe I can help to assuage those doubts. Here’s the down-low on what this massive $30 expansion DLC actually includes:

Now playing

Well, if you’d actually bothered to watch the State of Play or even just look up any of the trailers, you’d see in the first 7 seconds that Aerith, Yuffie, and Leon are all confirmed to be returning.

I saw on a different site that it is $30 for the regular edition and $40 for a special edition that contains a video of a concert where they play 19 different songs from the game/series

Just because someone didn't work on the previous entries doesn't mean they don't understand the inner workings. The inverse is true as well. Just because someone did work on the previous entries doesn't mean that they have good ideas for moving it forward.

I’m so stoked for the MCU Multiverse, I can barely stand it.

Interesting to see if the multiverse is how the mutants end up in the MCU. I just hope they’re not the Fox ones.

I bet you think publicly funded sports stadiums are good for cities too.

I think the real lack of comprehension is on anyone who thinks a company that pays damn near zero in federal taxes needs further breaks and incentives. Especially a company that is known to under-cut, overwork, and underpay a swath of its actual employment base.

Imagine taking this long to release this game and having story DLC that should have been in the main release. Wow.

In other words, I made the right call thinking this game felt ultimately unfinished and decided to wait to get very far until all dlc was released.

Thanks for the extra info!

The problem with KH3 is that it had a LOT of story to wrap up and it saved almost all of it for the final 1/3, thus leaving a lot of fans unsatisfied. There was also the lack of post-game content, no hard mode on release, a plotline that just serves to tease KH4, a moment that is confusing for anyone who didn’t play

Yea, for those who missed the trailer or didn’t find out the info, here’s what’s coming:

People keep saying that, but I remember KH3 hype kept going for like at least 2 months, which is pretty standard for most AAA games.

Besides that, it’s at a disadvantage because everyone’s comparing to the mostly improved Final Mix version of Kingdom Hearts 2 and the remastered versions other games.

Long delayed games rarely ever do, i think.
