Electric cars, especially those with smaller batteries will see a significant difference. My 2012 Leaf sees about a 10-15% drop in max range if I run the AC. (And driving the full remaining battery range in one shot confirms the drop) My palisade.... I can’t find a difference at all.

Or I don’t want to play it because I see that the devs in general don’t give a fuck about the players and while there’s some fun to be had there I’d rather support other devs.

Meanwhile in Utah we use Roundabouts, but sometimes the DOT gets nervous, and puts stopsigns before the roundabout.... Or they will randomly do intersections the way they are done in other states (looking at you 123rd with your random ass no turns but we added a light a block away with a specific u-turn section) (also

We use google family link on android, and a specific set of rules and allowances for apps, when they can use their devices, and what websites they visit. As they get older we reduce the restrictions and hope that the conversations we’ve had stick and they make good choices. I’m not monitoring my oldest now, but I am

Basically, to sum it up, that looks like shit.

They’re just gonna attach em to the same CVT that’s used on the crosstrek. The CVT will burst into bits about 12 miles after the warranty expires, and all the replacement ones are only good for 20k minutes.

Yep, there’s a neighborhood we’re looking at now. big masterplanned place, not great lots but lots of great amenities, it’s got light rail that runs straight to downtown if we wanna go there without taking the car (I’ve timed it, it’s only a little bit slower than driving, but obviously less freedom on destination

I dunno, we’ve got a master planned community pretty near us that seems pretty fantastic. Most of the lots are within a 10-15 minute walk of one of the little commercial corridors they built, they’re adding more, it’s got bicycle paths that cut across the neighborhoods to make access to the larger commercial areas

I think that’s how it is for most athlete-dealerships. In Utah there’s still a couple John Stockton dealerships but they really just pay him for his name with a small cut monthly.

Karl Malone dealerships however, are absolutely ran by Karl and his business partner. I worked at Toyota and then the used car dealership

I dunno, rural US has the best BBQ, but go to most small towns and there’s like, one ok restaurant, a couple fastfood places, and that’s it. Sure, they all think their one ok restaurant is amazing, but it’s because they have to drive two hours to get anything better.

Nah, I got a free hotspot and all they got from me was one of my email addresses, and the name Rand Al’Thor as the subscriber.

$1m for 7k sq ft? sounds amazing. here its’ $1m for like 3k sq ft that probably needs $100k in work to update the house.

yeah, 300k and under near me means you’re either getting sub-1500Sq Ft on a 2k sq ft lot, or it’s about that size on a bigger lot in a really bad neighborhood.

Costly, time consuming, and for a number of countries it becomes much more difficult to pronounce/spell/remember. Then there’s the countries who have multiple languages. While Mandarin is the official language of China, are we allowing the other variations to be used because, depending on where you are, Junguo becomes

You can install Windows or other alternative operating systems on it, yes it meets the requirements for PS Now and Gamepass once you do that. RetroArch exists on steam as well as other emulators which means I can use it for my nostalgia fix, or for a big chunk of my 480 game library on steam, and again there’s that

I’m planning on having my Leaf paid off in 3 years, and my oldest knows that’s gonna be his car. He’ll have a 50 mile daily range assuming we’ve sorted out home charging by then (in a rental with no driveway access. I charge at work for free, 6 months my commute has cost me $1.10 for the one time I had to take lunch

Nah he was a super top-tier try-hard raider with extreme rage issues. There’s nothing like sexual harassment against him, but a lot of really shitty rants that are beyond what you’d expect from a 14 year old, let alone an adult.

Below is one of his rage-fests.

I had a couple book shelves of Gaming and car magazines saved. Left the country for a couple years and my mom chucked em all, Still kinda sad about it even though I know in the years after I woulda tossed em myself.

a Captain Lou Albano biopic also gets to cover my favorite show from when I was little, the Super Mario Brothers Super Show!
