Usually when it comes to public safety, japan prepares very well for all things (like even vending machines give out drinks for free when there is an earthquake or a flood etc.). Well take a long hard look. America has been bombing brown people for decades before Trump. The U.S. is quite the bully in that regard. Who would expect that there could ever be a president that fits the attitude of so many americans thinking they can bully and kill their way through everything?
