The point of not including a charger with the New 3DS XL is that Nintendo expected a lot of the n3DS purchases would be from people who already have an old 3DS. So those people don’t have to pay the extra $15 for the charger.

Actually I doubt many there would agree with you. While their spaces are smaller than the normal savannas of Africa (duh), they are conserving the species through breeding programs and so on. Cheetahs are endangered, while not critically, they are a vulnerable species.
