I buy from Steam based on the client being great. I love how effortlessly it works with my controllers, as well as the discussion boards. Like it or not, this is not an uncommon opinion.
Microsoft better give *insert old, poorly reviewed game nobody cares about* the FPS boost next!
I am very curious what will happen if I say things like ‘free Hong Kong’ or ‘stop the Uighur genocide’.
Same exact thing happened to me. I was banned for being a bad player on my very first game! Talk about gatekeeping....
If that is the case, I apologize for jumping to conclusions. While it is true that there is currently anti-Asian sentiment in the U.S., that is from racists who couldn’t care less about the genocide in China. On the other hand, you have the type of people who would defend corporations such as Apple using slave and…
What I said has nothing to do with the Chinese people. They are more the victims of their government than anyone else. Everyone Chinese and Taiwanese that I know in the U.S. are in agreement, which is likely why their families left. Using ‘racism’ as a shield for the CCP whenever someone is criticizing a government…
It is as if they don’t want it to succeed. I was in one of the early NDA alphas, and they would delete almost everything on their forums that provided feedback or constructive criticism. Then, at the end of the alpha, they completely wiped the entire forums...
Fear-mongering? The CCP is actively committing genocide. We are talking forced defertilization, rape, murder, torture, and slavery of the Uighur Muslims. People have valid reasons to not support the CCP or any of its corporations, such as Tencent.
Effectively they are collecting data and growing market share for Tencent, all tax free.
Muslim here. Mixed feelings, but I am on the side of allowing it to be published and not censoring the game. One, we shouldn’t have double standards. You get the same maps in games like Call of Duty, whether they stealthily omit the name or call Iraq as ‘Oraq’ or something, it isn’t fooling anyone. Giving…
This is flat out terrifying. You may argue that censorship is good because, let’s say, Twitter may delete tweets that you find to be racist, but at the same time they delete tweets I make of quotes from the Quran or information about the Uighur genocide. It is hardly a stretch to think that a Muslim or an Anti-CCP…
While THX is usually just branding, their AAA technology is very impressive and has been proven and measured with high remarks.
minor NPCs lusting after other characters who are children
What I appreciate most is the online actually being snappy. I know this is the first game to use Nintendo's new online servers, and I am very impressed. That said, XX ran great on Switch as well.
You had to open the map, and it was convoluted with different numbers being in different layers. Rise takes the best aspects from the mainline series and World for its map, imo.
This a thousand times. The tutorials are so well written, concise, and quick to go through. Even as a veteran I check them the first time I use a weapon.
You sound very privileged, blaming your first world problem of not being able to easily buy a graphics card on the poor.
I see, it is unfortunate that you think that way, as buying low and selling higher is part of what makes a market. If anything, we first need to address corps like Citadel making billions of stock transactions for very small profits of literal cents, paying no taxes or fees at all.
Kind of extreme. I’ve sold a few GPUs that I managed to buy from Best Buy and Microcenter, which has helped pay for my debt this semester. I don’t think I should go to jail, regardless of how angry you are. If you are mad, direct your anger at the elite, and not working class individuals.
