Why is “Steam is a monopoly” the end-all argument for some people? Can you explain how Steam is a monopoly? Which monopolistic practices Steam partakes in? Heck, can you give me the definition of a monopoly?

Ignoring the anti-consumer business practices, I'd be too concerned with privacy given Epic's history to make any purchases or trust having their application installed on my PC. That said, the anti-consumer practices are enough for me, no matter how much fanboys call me a "crybaby".

I already see myself sinking hours into multiplayer with my friends. Nintendo manages to impress time and time again.

Muslim here. We aren't supposed to be offended by those eating food around us. If anything, complaining goes against the point of fasting. My fellow brothers and sisters fasting should show consideration by not trying to control those aroikd them.

He lost his youtube channel in the past over this. There isn’t much reason to think that he isn’t feeling suicidal atm.

“tired trope of fatness being a byproduct of depression and laziness

I’d love to advocate for consumer rights, but it seems like the popular thing to do nowadays is attack people who do so, calling them “entitled gamers” and whatnot.

Will white people ever stop trying to force their ways on others? With the concept of cultural appropriation and now this, it looks like they are ever finding new ways to spread hatred. Cosplaying a black character doesn't offend black people. Cooking Asian food doesn't offend Asian people. Speaking another language

Arstechnica wrote a great piece recently shedding light into the whole 12% versus 30% talking point. I recommend for anyone to not take things at face value and check it out.

I see this as a good thing. Steam separates review scores into overall and recent. Looking at a sharp decline or increase in recent allows users to know if there is a current issue, or, on the other hand, if there were fixes or improvements.

As long as they keep this attitude out of Classic WoW, I’m fine with however the BFA community wants to act.

I honestly think it looks great. I’m happy that he is ignoring the naysayers.

Have you looked at viewership numbers? It is delusional to think otherwise.

I am not a Tetris fan. I haven’t played Tetris since I learned the game a decade ago to code it for a project. Yet, for some reason, Tetris 99 has me hooked. I’ve never been the type of gamer that could play a repetitious arcade or puzzle game for simply a high score. I guess this is why Tetris 99 appeals to me.

I wonder if Classic WoW becomes a commercial success if he would be more tempted to create a 1st generation MMO.

Yeah, how dare those babies try to protect their interests as consumers. They wet their bed sheets, am I right?

The thing with the Holy Quran is that scholars spend their entire lives trying to interpret it. It isn’t clear-cut and easy to understand like a highschool textbook.

I'm disturbed by what is happening to Infowars. I realize that it is labeled as offensive and hateful, but I still support its free speech. Reason? Because I've had my religion labeled as offensive and hateful. I believe that the only way to protect my freedom is to also protect the freedom of those who I disagree

Entire performances and long choreographies are protected, not simple dance movements.

It amuses me how people are getting so offended over this. Promoting gambling to kids? Fine. Showing off an attractive body to gather kids? Fine. Screaming and profanity to kids? Fine. Drinking beers while playing Melee? Nope, triggered.
