I don’t get your argument. While you can use both on the PC, you cannot on the PS4...
Unoriginal, but boy is it true.
Detroit is walkable? I didn’t even know that we had side-walks :p
Because Bloodborne is easily the worst entry in the series?
Why should he give coverage and publicity for the game of someone who insulted him?
And thank you for the elementary example of trying to change the focus of the subject. http://lifehacker.com/the-30-most-co…
To be honest, no. Counselors and teachers are limited as humans and are not a variable that can so easily be controlled over the thousands of schools across the country. Uniformity and tested standards are necessary, which is where standardized tests come in.
“The earth is flat. It is scientific consensus.”
That is the opinion of an office, or a group of probably less than 100 people that has no effect on the opinions of people around the world, not some sort of World Government decree. Please, I’m trying to invoke intelligent discussion here.
The majority of people in the world would argue that it is a choice. Not giving my own opinion, I ask what makes them wrong and you right?
Good point! But the thing is, why not the other way around? Why does someone's 'right' to be gay trump another's belief that being gay is wrong? Heck, what if they don't have that right in the first place? Isn't it only one side that thinks they have the right? Who decides what is right and what is a right?
An animal-rights activist would argue that the life of an animal is more important than the convenience of a gay man. Different people have different ideals. Is that really hard to understand? I’m not saying that you need to agree, even I don’t agree. However, people need to learn that not everyone thinks the same.
But is being gay a human right? Maybe we - as in 60% of Americans - think so, but what about others? Is it universal if we think so and they don’t? Can we push our beliefs onto others? Russia has a population of 140 million. Even if you believe you are right, why do you have the right to force them all to follow your…
Koreans eat dogs. Dubai wastes billions on fireworks. Americans shop at Walmart. I think all of those things are wrong and disgusting, but who am I to stop them?
Isn’t this a case of pushing our values onto others?
This is getting a little bit confusing, but let me simplify it. If tree climbing is engineering and swimming is art, then of course there will be tests for climbing and not tests for swimming, as in our society, climbing actually matters. And yes, being tested on climbing does make you a better climber.
When I went to school it was pretty clear. I remember the ACT was somewhat along the lines of:
And at the same time, a fish will never be able to climb a tree. What if climbing a tree is an analogy of mathematical skills? Then that student who is good at art but bad at math will never be able to become an engineer, mathematician, or something that requires math. And it so happens to be that our society values…
And the great thing about anime is how subjective it is. I am currently watching 23 shows at once, and have watched probably over 300 anime if my sketchy list is to trust. Yet, I haven't watched a single thing from this list. By all means, each of those could be masterpieces that I'd fall in love with. But my point…
