Galaxy has had free camera control. The newest one, 3d World did not for most levels but had it dynamic in a way to enhance the level-design.

Luigi got tons of content during the year of Luigi. Not to mention that each "Mario" game has always had Luigi just as playable as Mario.

Yes, however mods do not weigh in to whether a game is good or not. Heck, mods can potentially make Duke Nukem Forever good, but that would be because of the hard work of the modder, not the game developers and original game design.

Nah, I disagree. As a huge JRPG fan, I disliked Skyrim for its terrible non-existent story, boring world, spammy combat, dull characters, and empty design.
