Not necessarily. There are things the A-10 cant do or is not perfect at. The point of this is saying nothing new that degrades current capabilities. Id be all for a new plane that does what the A-10 does, but better.

I really cant fathom how chair force leadership doesnt realize how crucial the A-10 is to our ground forces. This proposition alone should be passed into law regardless of any budget that passes, and attempting to degrade our ability to support ground forces from the air should amount to treason and be tried as such.
