I don't think the Canadians are getting the option to rent DVDs, all they have is the streaming option. That prolly has something to do with it.

While I don't really care that a short code service got blocked, I do think this sets a precedent for the carriers to exert more power on the traffic that goes over their networks. And that can't be a good thing.

I have both installed, but FF is open with 30+ tabs all the time, but I can only have 5 or so tabs in Chrome before it is using more RAM than FF. This is with FF loaded with extensions and a clean Chrome. I'm not sure why that happens all the time, I have removed and reinstalled with the same thing.

I've worked in large buildings (mile long by half mile wide) that naturally had this happen inside them. The "clouds" weren't as thick as the ones seen here, more like heavy fog. Still an odd sight to see though.

I don't think it matters what phone OS HTC or Motorola or LG put on their phones. They are in the business of making hardware, not the software. They don't give a flip what OS runs the phone, as long as that OS is selling their hardware like hotcakes.

@Method320: All it takes is an HTML tag

@gonzorider: It doesn't give me headaches, it gives me pixelation and and stuttering.

So I am guessing HTML5 doesn't make it to the future?

This looks very good, but I would rather see Libox make an Android app. I use Libox on my iPhone and I can access any song in my library at any time from anywhere. And it is also free.

I personally use both. I have a dumb phone for work, (I work on a ranch, any smart phone would be demolished within hours), and an iPhone for use during the time I am not at work. I don't really miss my iPhone at work, calling and texting is enough.

I keep seeing comments saying Rock is a better App store than Cydia, but for me that is not the case.

@BuckieJoe: Cydia and Rock are businesses, both sell a product and make money.

@Daumier: He's just Canadian.

And this girl was in the middle of Times Square stretching because...

@shift123: Yeah, but that is a shuffle, not the nano. I have that gen of shuffle and I lose that freaking thing all the time. I don't see the point of it being so small.
