In Tennessee a pair of brothers went out to all the stores in three states and bought sanitizer & things. They did this in January or February, when they heard the first reports of U.S. cases of Coronavirus.

Once my stitches heal, I'll be out on my bicycle.  Yeah I can't go anywhere but at least I can be outside until they say no.

Literally nobody is predicting that it will be a seasonal virus.  A lot of people are speculating that it is a possibility, though, but by and large the idea of it being yearly is an afterthought piggybacking onto the argument that the virus might not survive the hotter seasons.
