I did fine, as did many others. Maybe if you thought outside of your place of residence or rode a bicycle? My bicycle managed 30+ miles a day in the 120+ degree summer, so I’m definitely not hearing crap about how a car is necessary.

#1 - I don’t drive a car, so I’ve immediately managed to save $1920 a year.
#2 - Got college paid for since I was in the military. Smart me. Saves me another $2540 per year.

Am I? The kind of sheltered moron who managed to live in a third world country that wasn’t my own? How does that work, that a sheltered moron lives in a place that you probably wouldn’t even be able to comprehend in its poverty?

Hey, if you can’t open your brain long enough to see that a lot of people can make it just fine on the old minimum wage of $10, then that’s your problem and frankly I don’t give two sh!ts if you can afford your next month’s rent or not, because of your stupidity.

Once I got my passport, I let my DL expire.  I don't drive, and I regularly travel internationally.

I imagine the blame is likely on my end, I have had to move heaven and hell to get my wife into the country (legally) over the last few days so I haven’t been getting much sleep, which is a big part of communicating effectively.

Nope. Not what I said. I said that people who are ostracized and never correctly learn how to participate in correct human interaction are likely to interact incorrectly in the future.

I completely agree that when you join a tournament, you join under the rules set forth. I just think tournaments should be according to the game as built rather than the game “balanced” by rules.

I was the abuser in a situation several years ago. It wasn’t big like this, nor was I in a position of such power, nor were there any physical relationships, but I can look back and see how others may have felt under my “reign”. Oh, I also never tried to use control to get anything, never tried to use blackmail or

My wife had to have written consent from her father before I could marry her under the age of 25. :)  (Yes, patriarchy, but there’s at least a recognition that maturity is not 18).

Do you know why? It’s because these people, the people who are actually committing these violations against others, were probably bullied in high school for having nerdy or uncool interests. They didn’t have friends because who wants to be friends with the nerd? They never had the chance to develop healthy friendships

You are an ignorant fool.  I had a roommate, a psychotic mentally unstable roommate, who screamed RAPE at the top of her lungs while I was standing a solid 20 feet from her.  We were discussing the fact she didn’t qualify for the advanced ballet class and she didn’t like it that I was trying to be reasonable since she

“The question is: What are you going to do about it, when you realize you cannot expect acceptable conduct from basically any guy?”

Let the wobbles wobble and let the sleeper sleep.  Don’t favor one over the other, let the players play the game that was released, rather than late the whiners game the players by changing the rules of a character.

People really need to start working on their headlines.  This headline literally says the tournament itself was accused. -_-

Boo, friggin’, hoo.

Indycar is a much closer competition where the driver has a much bigger affect on the front of the field.  F1 is nearly all tech. I love them both, I "like" F1 more but Indycar is far more enjoyable.

I spent several days on trains when I was 12 and I enjoyed most of it. I read most of your account and found that it sounds very similar to my experience. I hesitate to say, but you and I would probably not get along as human beings.

A lot of people want this. A lot of people have wanted this for decades.

The backlash against this is crazy, small-minded and dumb. People are literally crying over a more competitive marketplace. It’s not shutting down other exclusive stores with loaders, like Uplay, Origin, whatever Perfect World has, Battle.net, etc. It’s certainly not closing stores that sell from a variety of sources
