A sequel to The Room only works if he's deadly serious about it, and not consciously trying to make a bad movie.

While it does feel a tad slow, I agree with you. It's a mistake to judge anything before it's complete.

Hard to pick a favourite scene, Lord Andre, but the fight between Brendan and Brad, the football player, and the conversation leading up to it, sticks out in my mind.

Brick is wonderful. Would definitely be included in my hypothetical top 10 favourite movies list. The dialogue is such a joy to listen to, like with Deadwood or Firefly.

I guess I was wrong with my initial impression of "Mad Men knockoff."
