One oft friends used to dance ballet, I have never in my life actually seen her bare feet. They are that mangled from pointe work. She says she doesn't want to scare people off with her feet.

Wow, I have to wonder if some of those guys are male ballet dancers considering how turned out their hips look. One of them looked just shy of a grands plié. LOL.

I actually don't have a problem with sandals. So long as you aren't then slipping them off and sticking your feet on things where I will have to come in contact with the same surfaces. The people in these posts are nowhere near as considerate as you would be. It's these people who are ruining it for people like you,

I'm child-free and intend to remain so, but a lot of my close friends are now parents so I have to be around them. I continue to have dinner parties, but I make sure that there are kid-friendly foods, side activities available for them, and that the really fragile stuff is put in an upstairs bedroom (along with my

Do you have fungus, BO or nasty looking toes from years of dancing or soccer? If not, I think most people would be ok with flip flops since your feet are dry.

A former co-worker used to clip her nails at her desk first thing in the morning. Nothing made me want to hurl faster!

My grandmother's feet don't particularly smell, but she has constant fungal infections, which is HIGHLY comunicable. I don't want that anywhere near me. It seems like if we allow people that little bit of having thier feet on the floor, some asshole with stinky, rotting, fungal feet comes along and ruins it for

Yes to the nuts thing! This happens to me on my daily commute all the time. I'm always so tempted to say "Really? There's absolutely no way your balls are that big!"

Did common decency fly out the window sometime in the last 5 years?!? Even among the older set, who are usually the ones who are more conservative about what amounts to proper public behaviour, I'm noticing they're pulling crazy shit like this. I just don't understand how people would believe this to be acceptable

I'm sort of ok if you leave your socks on. But bare feet are disgusting in a way that breastfeeding is not. Does breastfeeding involve potential contact with comunicable fungi or overwhelmingly strong BO? No, it doesn't. So keep your nasty bare feet in your shoes (or socks) unless you have a recent doctors note saying

I'm so grossed out by feet. People have all sorts of nasty-ass fungi under their toenails, or athlete's foot. That shit is contagious! I do not want to be around your feet, why is that not something that is basic common sense? Talk about the great unwashed masses!

Don't forget the horseradish, that's what gives it the zing! All the noms!

A-fucking-men! That looks amazing and I would eat it even if I didn't have a hangover. And Caesars! Goddamn, you're making me hungry and thirsty.

I was literally talking about this with a friend yesterday, lamenting how much I missed the blackberry flavour. If they brought this back, I would buy at least a case!

Anybody know the name of this restaurant? I don't care what kind of food they serve, I want to support them, next time I'm in NY.

Your tour sounds awesome, I'm a major history nerd so I love hearing the context about the times. Sign me up when I eventually get to London.

Wholeheartedly approve of this. Now, how long until this transfers to all airlines, because this needs to be a thing!!!

This is what I usually do except in two situations: 1) travelling for work when I wear dress pants and a nice top so I get better service at the airport and the hotel when I land, 2) super-long haul flights. Like NY-Australia long. Then I pull out my Gap sweatpants and a comfy tee and sweater. 18hrs of travelling

Eugh, the feet thing happens to me all the time on the train! I'm gagging for the whole 5 hr journey. Honestly, have some common decency!

Really? Because when I go to a Catholic Church in the US, it seems way more conservative than it does at home (Canada). This is from my core sampling of Catholics I know who are very liberal though, like myself. I'm a convert to the Church as well, so I bring a fair amount of my own liberal attitude with me.
