It’s a good value for the performance, most definitely, especially as a lease. That being said, I priced a 4s and with what I’d want (decent color inside and out, PLDS, sport chrono, ACC, Carplay), it wasn’t that much more(~10K): certainly a lot of money for me, but probably pennies for someone buying or leasing

Don’t bet on Panamera’s holding residual value any better. For the price of an RS6 Avant, you might get a lightly equipped 4S (gas or e-hybrid). Now, I love the Sport Turismo, but I find the RS6's value proposition extremely tough to beat.

If this is anywhere near 105K +options, I’d skip right over Audi and go get a Sport Turismo. Looks less....... angry, and I imagine the interior will age a lot better. It isn’t as fast, but I don’t think I’ll miss the extra 1s to sixty. Plus, it might actually hold some residual value, but who knows.

Just doing some quick math here, assuming it’s around what they currently sell for, it’d be around $93K +TTT, so... $105K, plus some options, which means you’d likely land around $115K. Since Audi’s tend to age like a fine... uhm, bread... let’s assume it’s going to be worth $48K in 36 months.

“I’m usually a VW over Mazda type of dude, but the 6 is better than this in every way.”  Not if you want AWD.

(Plus the 24 bolts to drop the windshield. Good grief.)

It wasn’t easy, because some annoying person went out and grabbed all the ignition modules from seemingly every Quad-4 equipped GM car on the lot. Every Oldsmobile Alero and Pontiac Sunfire I looked at was missing exactly the parts I thought I needed

Thank you, someone who gets it. Unless you work in sales, or real estate that is heavy on driving clients around buy whatever you want - it’s your money. If your company really, truly cares about what you drive they should provide it.

In the parking lot at the tech company I work for there’s everything under the sun- from a Huracan, M3s, Caymans, 911s to the mid 2000s Corollas. Then there’s me pulling up in my beige 2000 E39 Touring or my XJ with minimal paint, fender flares, and a tire on the roof. No one seems to care what we drive, nor should

When I hit that point in my life I bought a Jetta. I know people are going to be queuing up to make a hackneyed gag about reliability, but I had the services done each year and didn’t hoon it and it was fine. It was exactly the sort of unobtrusive car that employers wanted to see a prospective employee drive up and
