What about HotS? Most matches last 15 minutes. Though honestly they could go longer. And I assume you must fill your life with all kinds of 'fun'/busy stuff for not having 45 minutes? — Generally speaking, MOBA games or RTS (for me) are largely social experiences with friends, less so just a time sink altogether.. I

For some reason Kotaku is being finicky about me replying so I’ll try this again. “Not a character who relies on armor for protection”, yes I addressed that, thus she should either ‘wear none’ or ‘why bother with ornate’ and form fitting? I understand her role, but that, as far as her design is concerned, is nonsense.

I believe there is a tumblr or blog that redraws male characters to match similarly to the female characters in movie posters and video games. My wife in early League of Legends often said she wanted the ‘male packages’ to be as ‘evident as the female breasts’, since their official stance on the topic was ‘women need

Hmm, it has relevancy to the topic at hand, thus context.. Not ‘irrelevant’, since most conversations are semantic conversations, which is about ‘meaning’ and since meaning is something that’s generally considered important, I don’t see it as irrelevant at all in either the ‘word use’ or ‘conversation about this

This concept art was on the blizzard official facebook page, when I had my specified disagreements about armor styles. Hence why I used it. — Her armor has exactly zero practicalty, it’s entirely for show to the observers of the game.

I personally want more diversity. And less reliance on old sexual tropes and perpetuating similar aesthetics in ‘general’ art, particularly in ‘female armor’. Johanna in HotS for example has fairly awesome style and armor. — To me for the most part, it’s easy to infer the intention of the art by doing what they’re

Disagree with claim, get upset when someone disagrees with their claim. OK, then don’t.

It’s because that armor is entirely unfunctional as a body covering. Yes free range of motion is good, and actually far more useful, but in some cases limiting movement.. if it benefits the armor coverage then it can be judged on it’s own merits. I can’t be certain about the practicality of “the third guy from the

“Universally”, really? — Beauty is subjective and largely a social construct. There are some things that are accepted as more common traits, such as symmetry and a few choice things, but largely, that’s a hefty claim.

Now playing

The question that I have, that I’m not sure if you’ll take the time to answer or not, is:

Does this game live up to those awesome live action trailers?
Like:

I hate the fact I can’t edit typos after a certain period of time. Curses! It’s committed to the permanent ‘record now’, floating around, full of “WRONGNESS”.

Hah. woops.

“..like most online pendants, you’re wrong..” but, wait, isn’t that what you’re doing?

I remember when admins used to ban people from servers at a whim, so.. no.

No problem.

I generally tend to think I’m a pretty objective or at the very least, a reasonable person.

In this case, I see your very basic comment/complaint, and I see a bunch of people looking to rail you for having that opinion.. (weird, the internet is full of contrarians, I know.)

I “think” their “intent” is to

I actually don’t understand why these people are incessant on vehemently denouncing you for disagreeing with Kotaku posting this as a featured front page image/gif. — Bottom line is you didn’t want this aspect of the game spoiled, and honestly, I’ve felt similarly with how they’ve posted stuff in the past.. Yet they

Since I believe he has responded to this comment 100 times. It’s not about the content of the article, but the Gif which was featured on the frontpage of the site.

I couldn’t tell you how many times the utility of teleport assisted in protecting a turret or taking an important objective or just being a general nuisance.. It’s really awesome. Ignite? Only if I’m against a sustain champion or really need to get kills.. So many people focus on ‘kills’ over utility, team support,

Yes, you would get punished in a MOBA for quitting. Leaving or AFK’ing effectively punishes your team very harshly. They’re left to make up the slack in a 4v5. HotS will replace the missing person with a bot, but it will also tack on a ‘leave’ point or whatever metric they use, to your account.. Eventually you will be

How odd that this happened to you? Might I recommend focusing on bot matches in the mean time. My experience so far in HotS has been far more positive than DOTA 2 or LoL, in fact, I can only think of one person who was actively complaining in HotS. — Might I also suggest using the ‘mute’ function?
