No. It was like, you have so much in common with my students that you could be my student. But the execution was lame and I am ashamed.

You're right. I still think he'd hate it, but I no longer have a compelling reason for why he would. I stand corrected.

It's not what you said but how you said it. There are better ways to point out mistakes. You also sound like the judgmental students because you become ornery and defensive when someone points out your judgment. In fact, are you taking A&P in a community college right now?

Yup! And Rosita is having the best day of her life even though 12 hours ago Spencer died and her poor choices led to Eugene being take away!

That hug was powerful enough that it indicated why I've been struggling to watch this season. This show just isn't written well enough to isolate all its characters. Either I can ignore some of the suck when they're united, or they can't write bottle episodes.

It feels unreal that Rosita would be smiling like an idiot a day after they gutted her boyfriend and took Eugene away because of her incompetence. That's what sociopaths do.

Hahahaha. The gutting. I wish they named the episode that.

For me, the exaggerated Colin is Kyle. Like if she's into Colin, why not Kyle. It's the going-one-step-too-far that Louis CK and Lena Dunham do. I've always found that hilarious. I like that they filmed it sincerely rather than obscene or satirical. Seriously, I loved it.

"I'm a baby of the nineties. My age is Mercedes." Were those the words? If by old you mean "I'm so senile I cannot decipher the meaning of those words in that order", I also felt old.

I like them. The weird baby man. The kids doing high school improv-ish shows. The romance of Kyle and Leslie. I can hear their voices in a number of solid skits they're not even in. I actually think they've significantly improved the show.

I mean, I agree with his opinion. If they had brought up more information and layers it would have been a deeper, smarter joke. For me the gold standard right now is John Oliver. Oliver would bring up all that nuance and it would be a richer comedy experience. It doesn't mean that SNL is bad. Perkin's just suggesting

He puts them up early so we can read and start commenting. He's doing us a favor and I'm glad for it. You sound like my students when I stay up all night to make them a study guide and they judgmentally point out that I misspelled a word.

Captain Holt would not approve. No made up words!

I started the show thinking Delores was the main character. Once I knew the theory about the Man in Black, I lost sight of Delores as the main character. The theorizing biased my experience with the show for the worse.

Its been pretty rough over at the Walking Dead as well. Im concerned something is going on with him emotionally. I'm worried about him.

Clapping hands emoji seconded.

I lost my shit during the candle sketch. I re-gifted a candle as an emergency present last week. That sketch was the real deal.

Takhisis? Takhisis versus Bloodbannon. I'd read that.

That's a good point. I'm just not interested in any of these romances. Maybe I'm just over the show. Damnit.

I wish some other stuff was happening besides Negan. Like I'd like a romance (I refuse to count Coral and Enid). You know, everybody thought they were going to die and Shane and Lori still managed to bang. I was actually relieved about this episode until….Negan killed everybody! It's one-note, lacks depth, and bores
