Hahaha

30 seconds into the skit I thought, "Oh. Kyle Mooney wrote this. I can't believe they let one of his skits on right after the monologue."

Some women use their words and some yell incoherently. There isn't one right way for women to be angry. I appreciate both and I like that SNL provides me with both.

I think the point of the sketch is that something legally and ethically wrong can be perceived as a good by both the victim and certain groups (men in this case). I'm not sure the age really matters.

US Weekly recently told me that Selena is sick of being asked about Bieber during interviews. McKinnon's caricature also makes fun of a dude who probably took her v-card. These two taken together suggest to me that she wouldn't be down.

She makes mistakes, and that's frustrating, but I think her delivery is hilarious. Women have a lot to be mad about, and it feels cathartic to have a woman on TV yell for me.

So an objective wrong can be perceived as a right by the victim. I don't think they were tapping into the double standard so much as the assumption that boys are much more likely to view the experience as positive compared to girls. I'm surprised they did it twice, but I'm more surprised it's never been done before.

Amy also is known to follow directions blindly. It makes sense for her character.

I agree with you. A game I have been playing is trying to guess the grade based on my experience and then checking his, and we are almost always 1+ letter off. I have never been more divergent from a reviewer.

What people like is subjective, which can be problematic. If most people voting are trained in film and involved in film, I would guess they come from majority groups that have more access to education. Being in the majority, their subjective interest may overlook movies that challenge social norms and diminish

I liked when Tina went to shake Colin's hand but Colin went to kiss Tina's face. Colin kissed her face while she looked down at her empty hand in confusion and annoyance. Che, uninterested in any of this, stared at the shoe he was displaying to the audience. Good times.

I think Tina Fey has had this Second Wife sketch percolating in her head for a while now. I like the idea or her getting some amount of sketch ideas together just as a passive byproduct of existing as Tina Fey, then calling Lorne and saying, "I got a half hour of material. Time to host, Lorne."

Triple like.

You are eloquent and my hero for today.

I usually forget the details of a show, but I laughed like crazy when he did it again. I think it speaks to the uniqueness of the character that that moment was so unforgettable.

She also wasn't supposed to like a guy like Andy. I think they're trying to say that she's following in Clare's footsteps, in which case expect 3 babies.

So I'm thinking the latter. Just because of the other foreshadowing associated with Kevin being immortal.

It would have been a fuller experience in a separate episode. Shoving it in here made it seem series finale-esque.

I agree with your point on Kevin. I always have a hard time accepting the mystical realities of this show. Thanks for pointing it out!

This show is amazing. That being said
