It could just be because the art style is so different, but like in the Banner saga you can tell that while it looks animated its individual characters overlaid on a scene while some of the combat sequences in this look almost like the whole thing was animated all together. Don’t know if that clarify’s or not.

I feel like I’m missing something significant here. Did that trailer contain any actual gameplay? It looks great, but I wasn’t sure if those are just cinematics, or possibly the game it’s self is a bunch of chunks of canned animation sequences sort of like Dragon’s Lair?

Umm... did anyone actually try this? I grabbe the files and attempted to run the batch and it immediately crashes. Using the x64 version on Win 10.

Also keep in mind this was an arcade game first, it’s release window was right at the end of the arcade era. Cabinets\cabinet art are a no joke expense.

Well be can at least agree on Dead Space 3 being a huge dissappointment lol, man after playing through 1 and 2 I’ve tried like 5 times to play 3 and always end up quitting after like 40 minutes tops. What the heck where they thinking.

Yeah, I can understand both sides of it despite my rant. I’ve been a big MGS fan for a long time, and felt that part 5 was huge departure from the series in a way I wasn’t super excited for, but I won’t go and scream to high heaven’s it’s a bad game because obviously it’s not, it’s a really well made and impressive…

Sorry about that OT post, it was meant for a response to a YT comment, I ended up reading it and realizing it came off kind assholish and toned it back, took out inflammatory stuff like weebo and butthurt because it was dumb. I am just now playing DmC for the first time and years and was surprised by how much I liked…
