People get really oddly penny wise when it comes to gasoline. I have avoided lines of cars 5 and ten deep by spending an extra penny per gallon at the station across the street. People waiting and idling for 20 minutes burning more than their savings… for a total of quarter.

At a saving of $.010/gal, you’re only saving $2 for a 200 gallon fill...

It’s actually not expensive to buy cars back from insurance. They offered me $11.5k for my Taurus SHO or $10k + the car back. I ended up taking it back and selling it for $3k.
