The entire phrase is “One bad apple spoils the bunch”. Which implies that the bad apples need to go. However, when it comes to police, it has meant “just let the bad apples exist.”  Holding them accountable would be the opposite of that.

If you believe most cops are good people yet say that they won’t hold their own accountable... then they are not good people. Giving cover to corruption, murder, and more is the opposite of good.

Well said. Probably one of the best explanations as to the problems with GameStop. I would also add that they got too big too soon, with too many stores that overlapped each other. There were many stores which were located within walking distance because of their acquisitions.

They really don’t. The move towards systems with large hard drives, enough to support hundreds of digital games that in effect are much harder to resell is big trouble for a company that for ages made serious bank off of reselling games.
