As awful as Jimmy Fallon's Trump segment was I don't think he is anywhere near as culpable as his boss Lorne Michaels. The Tonight Show is his baby and Trump's hosting gig on SNL did even more to normalize him and now he's having it both ways profiting from the SNL ratings spike due to such a fat easy target.
