The disappearance of the ducks from the Cadillac logo. We used to be a proper country.

The Worst Ford Mustang

You are entitled to your opinion about the Fox being the worst Mustang.....even though you are dead fucking wrong.

Worst Mustang?

Remember Tesla? It was a brand that offered cutting edge, high performance cars that cost little to run and would possibly help save the environment. Then it became the go-to car for incels, racists and people that just seem to hate everyone that doesn’t look and think just like them.

Vintage Modern?  That’s a horrible name that makes it hard for customers to search for online. Couldn’t they call it Vintage Broncs or Vintage Buckaroos?

I established a rule with my family and cow-orkers as few years ago - NO MORE CAR BOOKS!

Clicked to post a link to the SNL skit but you were all over it! Unlike the actual commercials, the skit is worth rewatching every year.

I’ll flip the script and tell you about two of my favorite DMV Experiences because a) they’re so outlandish and b) they both took place at the Oakland Colosseum DMV. For context, I ran a motorcycle shop in East Oakland for a number of years in the 00's and we would occasionally need to go in to expedite or resolve

We would treat it no differently if it was someone’s F-150 versus a Lamborghini.

Ive found that simple tire noise on the road is enough to alert most people whose head isn't stuck in their phone, or their headphones, that a car is coming. Put down the toys and look around you.

the Omni of course. Make it a turbo charged 2 & 4 door hot hatch and go the same route the Rivian R3 is going for. Make a bigger tire, taller suspension rally version, and a lower street “race” version.

I want to see a series that puts a driver in all disciplines. Like I wanna see Lewis Hamilton take on Rally, Drag racing, Drifting, Touge, Nascar, super trucks with minimal prep time and see how he does.

Swap out the Bora for a Ghibli and the Ferrari for a DeTomaso Mangusta and I could be very happy with that list.

Totally agree.

that is how I explain to my better half everytime. I could have bought one 2015 Camry or: 1988 e28 528e, 1997 e39 528i and 1998 e38 740iL

I’m the same way, I wouldn’t even go that expensive though and have a range of classic to the last great modern era (2015-ish) with a focus on GT cars. Porsche 928, Alfa GTV and Montreal, 2014 C63, 1994 Viper RT/10, a manual Ferrari GT car like a 456, 550, or 612, and maybe a mid-2000s supercar like a Gallardo. Plenty

We’re talking Hamilton though, he’s got more than $4 million to spend. You go big or go home at that point. And living at Enzo’s house, close to the factory, you find a classic Ferrari in need of help and visit it every day at the shop as Ferrari brings it back to life. And get a classic Alfa Romeo for your daily

there is an entire sub-set of exotic car buyers who are willing to to put themselves in a financially precious situation to drive the car of their dreams”
